Our focus is to build the emotional intelligence of organisations and delegates (right hand side of the alignment model). But we also think emotional intelligence should be applied to the professional, organisational and cultural strands of the business (left hand side of the alignment model). This approach achieves a balance between business and personal needs and ensures the right amount of ‘stretch’ and ‘challenge’ in our interventions.
