Emerge (in one form or another) has been making waves in the training and development world for the last twelve years. We consider ourselves experts in “behavioural change”. We have worked with people at all levels and with all sizes of organisation. So we have learnt what makes development interventions work, not only in the training room, but to make real long lasting changes to the businesses we have worked with.
