We are avid researchers into the world of leadership development and stay across latest research and thinking. Never ones to abandon what is tried and tested and really works, we are early adopters of new approaches we believe have substance and like to get creative in how we utilise new approaches into our design and delivery. Having embraced the principles of emotional intelligence and NLP before they became main stream, we are now getting excited about neurology and leadership and putting soul into organisations.

Our Approach

At the heart of our approach to learning is how we energise people using the principles of blended learning, before during and after our workshops. In the training room we treat our delegates with respect and value their contributions to the overall learning experience. Yes we are imaginative, fun and creative, but we do not negotiate on the importance of in depth action planning and the learner’s responsibility to transfer their learning and actions back to the workplace.

On an organisational level we have a strong belief that it is our responsibility to create self reliance and sustainable development in our customer organisations. This is where we get generous with our resources and know how. We often design learning packages and train the trainer interventions that enable organisations to keep up the good work after we have gone.
