The original founder of Emerge over 12 years ago she has worked internationally in New York, Washington, Paris, Milan, Hamburg, Norway, The Netherlands, Brussels, Amsterdam, Portugal, Barcelona, but best of all Dublin! Gillian’s primary focus is on Coaching Culture. She also works with Executive boards, (helping them to form and storm!) HR and L & D teams to define their strategy, develop their skills and work through organisational changes. She is an active Executive coach working with many CEO’s and directors in a range of organisations. Gillian also delivers to major conferences and events. She is proud of many achievements over the last 12 years. These include; building a successful business that works with the most wonderful clients and is renowned for creativity and quality, completing the books on “How to Create a Coaching Culture” and “50 Top Coaching Tools”, contributing to Carol Wilson’s book on Performance Coaching that was endorsed by Richard Branson. She has also designed hundreds of programmes that have made a difference to the organisations she has worked with. She, and the other directors of Emerge have recently finished filming a DVD of coaching tools that will be available to purchase through the products section of the site. One (of many) interesting facts about Gillian is that she lives in the house where Noel Coward wrote his first plays…….she is still waiting for advanced literary inspiration! Gillian’s original desire was to be a journalist so she studied English and Psychology. Throughout her career as a Regional Franchise Manager for Employment agencies she studied Employment Law and training. She has certificates and diplomas in Performance and Business Coaching plus trained in NLP, Hypnosis, DISC and is accredited by the Association of Coaching.
