We all know that change, taxes and death are inevitable. It doesn’t mean we have to like any of them, and in all honesty most people don’t. Some people are excited by change and are always looking for the next thing to come along, but in our experience they are in the minority. So what do people do when change comes along? Some grumble and sort of get on with it but with little enthusiasm till they forget what they were grumbling about in the first place. Some will actively and maliciously try and stop the change happening. Some will ignore it completely and keep on doing what they’ve always done till the change goes away, or they do. On an Emerge event we will help you see how you can make your change less painful for everyone involved. We can help you identify what needs to be changed. Plan how to make the change happen. Communicate with and motivate those involved in the change. Actually make the change happen. And finally review the way you managed it. The vision is created on a huge wall frieze that covers objectives, communication plan, expected behaviours even the values and development needs of the team.
