Maximising Coaching Performance - How do you know? What gets measured gets managed is the old adage and that is even more true in relation to coaching. It's all very well having a coaching culture in place but unless you can tell that it's delivering real bottom line value it will always be seen as 'pink and fluffy'. Measuring the success of any coaching intervention starts with knowing why you're doing it and what you expect to get out of it. Very often organisations buy-in to the commonly accepted view that coaching with have benefit but don't know how to measure it. Essentially you have to evaluate and measure: evaluate effectiveness and measure the return on investment.
