We recently completed the Disability, Equality and, Diversity workshop with Michèle Taylor, Here are a few photos from the event!!

Michele certainly gave us a "Reality Check" when opening the session and measuring our answers to key statistics on the impact of diversity within the UK.

Avoiding Discrimination - This showed us the need to focus from the outset of our duty to avoid discrimination rather than responding to specific disabled people.

Make "the Paradigm Shift" - Think the "Social Model" not the "Medical Model" - This gives us the proactive approach to disability.
