Developing a coaching culture requires long term commitment, a creative and robust strategy plus considerable skills development.

We work in partnership with you to ensure that all existing frameworks, material and current development programmes are integrated into the strategy. We investigate entry and exit points into the organisation and devise methods to fast track new employees and to ensure knowledge is not lost when employees leave. This creates a complete map for you to ensure that your coaching strategy will meet, not only the needs of today but also the challenges of tomorrow.

We can help to provide your business with a pool of coaches with proven skills and abilities that can be used as a valuable resource to develop managers within the organisation.

Coaches can be asked to coach people on a variety of situations i.e.;

  • Preparing people for move into next role
  • Addressing behavioural issues
  • Preparing for career interviews
  • Enhancing leadership style
  • Presence and impact
  • Stress through work/life balance (within boundaries of experience
We have recently completed a project whereby we trained and accredited a pool of 40 coaches internationally, and supported the HR steering group to design a coaching philosophy, entrance criteria, evaluation marketing material, and supervision processes.
