8 Traits of Successful Women
As you probably know the 8th of March is International Women’s Day (IWD). A day when women are recognised for their achievements without regard to divisions; whether national, ethnic, linguistic, cultural, economic or political. This year there is a strong call-to-action to press forward on gender parity by motivating and uniting friends, colleagues and whole communities to think, act and be gender inclusive.
If you don’t have anything organised for IWD we would like to share with you a recording of a webinar Gillian Jones-Williams delivered to celebrate International Women’s Day. It is called ‘The Key Traits of Successful Women – The 8 Eights’. In the presentation Gillian encourages women to take control of being more successful more often. She shares her experience of running a successful global business for over twenty years and introduces the new Elev8 Model which encapsulates the 8 Key Traits. I have no doubt that you will find the presentation packed with hints and tips to make you even more successful. Emerge would love for this video to reach as many women as possible across the world. To access the video you just need to click on the link below:
To further support IWD Gillian is conducting a “Speakathon” on the 7th and 8th March, which will see her race around London to deliver this presentation to 5 organisations on behalf of the charity Aurora New Dawn, who support women who have been victims of abuse, violence and crime.
If you find the presentation useful, we would invite you to kindly donate a small amount to the charity Aurora New Dawn. Your donations can be made via this official JustGiving Link and will go on to make a huge difference and support those in need.
We hope you enjoy the video and we would love to hear any feedback you have and your stories of success.
