Our Coaching Commitment

Emerge has been supplying executive coaching for over 15 years to a large variety of blue chip organisations, and during this time all Emerge coaches have been governed by our Code of Practice. In summary, this requires coaches to maintain dignity, integrity, confidentiality, governs the professional standards of the relationship with clients, requires coaches to maintain their standards and develop their skills and use their supervisor/mentor for support, recognise the boundaries between coaching and other disciplines (e.g. therapy/ counselling) and work within their level of qualification.

We are passionate about coaching and mentoring at Emerge and our coaches are carefully selected for their experience and ability to build rapport. Our experience in coaching individuals at all levels, developing leaders as coaches and implementing organisational coaching strategies has enabled us to produce a robust process for introducing coaches to an organisation. We ensure that results are measurable and that the feedback loop is well established.

We offer coaching to all levels of managers, from managers who have been identified as having potential through to Managing Directors and CEO’s. Our coaching is about motivating individuals to realise their potential and contribute to organisational effectiveness. Often it is about getting to the heart of business challenges. Sometimes it is about exploring issues by challenging existing thinking and mindsets. When we start working with people we create a stimulating environment that encourages absolute honesty, the ability to examine blind spots positions and to receive insightful feedback.
