As the need for executive coaching grows, organisations need to be sure that Executive coaching provides measurable outcomes and value for money. Coaching sessions need to be structured with coaches using an appropriate methodology for tracking and recording progress. In many organisations the Executive Coaching function has evolved, which means that the quality of coaching interventions is very difficult to assess, fees can be unstructured and measurement is not as robust as it needs to be.
