Creating an environment that supports people through change is what a coaching culture is all about. Many organisations train mangers how to coach but few link coaching to the culture and strategy of the business. Our experience in coaching individuals at all levels, developing leaders as coaches and implementing organisational coaching strategies has enabled us to really examine how organisations use coaching as a tool for change. Often the organisation requires internal coaching expertise and we can work with the internal resource to up skill them. We have developed an exciting new coaching product which takes internal coaches further than traditional coaching training coaching programmes and really starts to develop the right mindset for coaching – a mindset that says coaching is not something that is additional to a manager's role but integral and can happen on an everyday basis. |
