Jackie Forbes (Sibbald) - Co Managing Director, Jackie is co Managing Director of Emerge and is passionate about helping organisations, teams and individuals to realise their potential. With an entrepreneurial background of successfully developing and owning four businesses during her career, she is now focussed on building Emerge’s reputation as an outstanding development consultancy.

Jackie has been developing leaders, managers and teams within major blue chip organisations nationally and internationally for the last 12 years. On a professional level what is really important to her is to make a difference, she challenges with humour and support and stimulates people to make transformational changes to their performance.

Gillian Jones - Co Managing Director, primarily focused on Coaching Culture. Gillian also works with Executive boards, (helping them to form and storm!) HR and L & D teams to define their strategy, develop their skills and work through organisational changes.

Gillian is an active Executive coach working with many CEO’s and directors in a range of organisations. Gillian also delivers to major conferences and events. She is proud of many achievements over the last 12 years. These include; building a successful business that works with the most wonderful clients and is renowned for creativity and quality, completing the books on “How to Create a Coaching Culture” and “50 Top Coaching Tools”, contributing to Carol Wilson’s book on Performance Coaching that was endorsed by Richard Branson.

Julie Standfield

Julie Standfield - Course Designer and Facilitator, has a wealth of experience from her background in leadership and training across several industry sectors. She combines this knowledge with her first-class consultancy skills and a love for innovation, to create bespoke leadership and coaching programmes for Emerge’s clients.

When she isn’t designing training material, Julie enjoys delivering workshops in the UK and internationally; she is known for her engaging facilitation style and sense of humour. Julie is an Associate Member of the CIPD.

Justin Standfield

Justin Standfield - Course Designer and Facilitator, is an inspirational learning and development professional who leads by example. He is passionate about service excellence and the development of individuals to fulfil both organisational and personal objectives. Balancing support and challenge, Justin is a warm, motivating communicator with a passion for learning.

Justin has extensive experience of facilitating all stages of the development cycle; he designs and delivers learning interventions for diverse clients across a range of sectors. Topics include leadership, performance management, personal effectiveness, communication skills, change agent strategies and coaching. Justin enjoys working with people from different cultures and regularly facilitates development programmes internationally ? he is currently learning to speak Arabic!

Associates

Emerge has built up a network of dedicated Associate Facilitators with a variety of backgrounds from large national and international organisations. All of our Associate Facilitators go through a rigorous selection process to ensure that they are a good fit with Emerge and our clients.
