Liz has worked for Emerge for just over a year and a half.  Her primary job for Emerge is course production making sure all of the right handouts, exercises and software is packed and accurate. Not only that but she has to make sure the materials get to the client and tutor on time.
She also deals with a lot of the pre and post course administration making sure that everything runs as smoothly as possible (dealing with all clients). Liz would like to get more involved in the accountancy side of the business
Liz has an NVQ’s in Travel Tourism which has been really useful as she looks after a lot of the travel arrangements for the various directors and associates. Dealing with last minute changes of travel plans is a regular challenge as the directors are constantly in demand for client meetings and “just in time” training and coaching assignments.
She really likes the customer interaction she has as part of her role. She used to be rep in Cyprus and Costa Brava so is well used to dealing with all sorts of people in all sorts of situations.
Liz likes to keep fit and used to be a synchronised swimmer, and as she says “Ha ha nose peg and everything!!”.
