Jackie has been developing leaders, managers and teams within major blue chip organisations nationally and internationally for the last 12 years. On a professional level what is really important to her is to make a difference, she challenges with humour and support and stimulates people to make transformational changes to their performance.

Her experience has been gained across different industry sectors in various types of engagement from specific organisational transformation and leadership projects to team development.

Jackie has a warm, energising style, her enthusiasm is infectious and she has a knack of being able to give insightful feedback that others might shy away from. This is done with sensitivity and enables real learning.
