Jackie Jones was simply employed by Emerge because of her name! The 2 Managing Directors as you will see are Jackie Sibbald and Gillian Jones! Consequently being a hybrid of them both, they had little option to see my worth! Now known as “JJ” to avoid confusion and 10 years later they clearly haven’t got rid of me!

Motivated, professional, impressive at building rapport, JJ has brought her array of skills to the organisation. These are motivation, professionalism, rapport building and the ability to communicate at all levels to name but a few. Add these to her knowledge of key business skills, her extensive experience as a Line Manager and Operations Manager and you have a pretty impressive all round package.

She has a driving passion for developing others, and at Emerge she is able to fulfill her lifetime dream to impact positively on people and help them achieve their full potential. Her enthusiasm, energy and commitment shine through in the way she delivers her training and engages with the key accounts she manages. .
