Over the past 13 years Emerge has produced thousands of programme/course outlines and we often think that we should share them with our customers.  So here is a taster of what we have been working on over the past few months.  Of particular interest may be our new Customer Intimacy outline.  This is a challenging two-day programme that introduces current thinking around how to move beyond the usual approach to customer service and into the field of customer intimacy.  Follow the link to find out more.
