Emerge is midway through delivering a major programme in Abu Dhabi which is to take a whole workforce through a coaching culture change programme from senior execs to front line staff to support their move from a service to a sales culture. This programme has been a fascinating journey for one of Emerge’s partners as she has spent months travelling between Abu Dhabi and the UK. She is about to expand the delivery team and from April two of our team will be regularly delivering the coaching culture change programmes throughout the rest of the year. A culture change is always a challenge but this culture change is to move to a coaching facilitative style of management within a national culture where ‘telling’ would be more traditional. There are some exciting aspects to this programme which include the introduction of a tool called the ‘skill builder’. This is just one example of coaching culture strategy with organisations.
