A bold title I’m sure you’d agree! What is the Ultimate leadership Programme? If we asked one hundred different managers or one hundred different organisations we would get a different answer each time. So how can you put together one “Ultimate” leadership programme? The answer is “you can’t”, or more accurately “you’d be mad to even try!” So why our boast? Well the answer is that we do our absolute best to create “your” ultimate leadership programme. It’s a bit like the million dollar question “What is truly excellent customer service?” With the answer “It’s any damn thing the customer says it is!” So we don’t have a leadership programme to “sell”. We have hundreds or possibly even thousands of Leadership Programmes to meet whatever needs your management community has.
What Can We Do?
What follows is examples of a number events and programmes we have delivered for our clients:-
Short Burst Master Classes (90 Minutes) Specifically designed to fix problems or address immediate issues, for
One-Off Sessions These would probably also be designed to meet a specific need, but one that is too meaty to be covered in just a couple of hours. For example if there was a problem with handling poor performance in a business we would need to consider the areas of knowledge, skills, attitude, culture, and HR support to name but a few.
“One and Done” Events Two to Four day events that are self contained development events. These usually include some pre-course work and always include a large element of action planning.
Modular Programmes These can take many forms. Two events, three four five depending on what you want your managers to cover. They can range from six week intensive splurges to year long programmes tied into a whole performance review and appraisal cycle.
One to Ones One to one sessions as part of a coaching programme or as part of the overall leadership modular approach.
Obviously the content of these events is completely bespoke to you, your needs and your objectives.
