Organisations need to be sure that executive coaching provides measurable outcomes and value for money. Our coaching sessions are structures using an appropriate methodology for tracking and recording progress. Our assessment process has been devised in partnership with the Head of Accreditation for the Association for Coaching (AfC) who is responsible for ensuring our assessment process is valid and robust.
