Executive Coaching

Organisations need to be sure that executive coaching provides measurable outcomes and value for money.  Our coaching sessions are structures using an appropriate methodology for tracking and recording progress.  Our assessment process has been devised in partnership with the Head of Accreditation for the Association for Coaching (AfC) who is responsible for ensuring our assessment process is valid and robust.

Gillian Jones

Founder of Emerge Development Consultancy and co-Managing Director. Responsible for team of 10 direct reports and 30 associate coaches. Have worked with numerous organisations during the past 17 years.

Previously held roles as Regional Franchise Manager for a nationwide recruitment organisation training all franchisees. I have contributed a chapter to a book on coaching called Best Practice in Performance Coaching published by Kogan Page in September 2007 and endorsed by Sir John Whitmore and Richard Branson.

Angela Sabin

Angela has 25 years’ experience in coaching that spans a number of sectors including central government, local government, third sector, manufacturing, finance and education. Coaching projects include the facilitation of coaching programmes, the design and delivery of several mentoring programmes, executive career coaching for senior civil servants and coaching for middle and senior managers following outplacement. Angela coaches new and established teams to improve how they work together, and so improve results. A measure of Angela’s success is that several clients, upon promotion, invite her to coach their new teams.
