Gillian has a primary focus on helping organisations to embed a Coaching Culture. Gillian also works with Executive boards, (helping them to form and storm!) and HR and L & D teams to define their strategy, develop their skills and work through organisational changes. Over the years she has worked on a variety of Coaching projects internationally including a 3 year project in the Middle East. Gillian is an accredited Executive coach working with many CEO’s and directors in a range of organisations.
Gillian also speaks at major conferences and events. She is proud of many achievements over the last 17 years. These include; building a successful business that works with the most wonderful clients and is renowned for the most creative team who deliver quality products and services. Gillian, along with her co-author Ro Gorell published “50 Top Tools for Coaching” in 2009 which has just recently been published as a second edition and then wrote “How to Create a Coaching Culture” to be published next year plus contributing to Carol Wilson’s book on Performance Coaching that was endorsed by Richard Branson.
Rob has a wealth of learning and development experience gained from working with the public and private sectors across a broad range of organisations. He is highly creative and has developed outstanding workshops and learning materials for many of Emerges’ clients. He is equally at home, and as successful, in facilitating workshops for members of the board to new starters and graduates . Rob is adept in the use of tools such as MBTI, Belbin, SDI.
In his long list of achievements Rob is particularly proud of his work with Graduates. He says “Tapping into their enthusiasm and willingness to give things a go makes designing events for them an absolute joy”. The fact they enjoy his efforts is reflected in the excellent feedback these courses receive.
