Gillian Jones-Williams is an author & founder and Managing Director of Emerge Development Consultancy. Gillian’s main focus is on organisational strategy development and change initiatives and she has successfully implemented HR strategies and projects, coaching and mentoring strategies and visions for many organisations. Her understanding and application of psychology, hypnosis and Neuro Linguistic Programming allows her to build deep rapport and achieve outstanding and lasting behavioural changes with individuals and groups.
Following over 15 years’ experience as an Executive Coach Gillian has proven ability in coaching people to higher performance and designing and delivering innovative organisational design and development programmes. Much time is also spent coaching Managing Directors and facilitating executive meetings to increase personal and organisational effectiveness. In recent years Gillian has specialised in Executive Board “repair” and improvement, tackling and succeeding with some very challenging assignments.
Gillian has achieved her ILM qualification in Coaching and Mentoring and is an accredited Master Executive Coach with the Association for Coaching. Gillian also achieved the Level 5 Training and Development Lead Body Qualification (including D32,33,34) and is a qualified NLP Practitioner. She also has a coaching diploma from Newcastle University. She is licensed to use numerous psychometric tools including MBTI EIQ, SDI, Disc and PPA and she has a diploma in hypnotherapy.
Justin Standfield has experience of coaching within several corporate coaching schemes. As well as practicing as a corporate coach himself, he has led a number of corporate coaching schemes and was responsible for recruiting and training new coaches, initiating on-going development and support for existing coaches, and marketing the schemes within those companies. Justin was also lead coach within a corporate coaching scheme at another organisation and “most frequently requested coach” by new coaching clients.
Justin’s corporate coaching experience comes from a range of contexts including executive coaching, performance management, 360° appraisal, black and minority ethnic (BME) career development, leadership development centres and as support for managers undertaking an MBA.
Andrew Jones has over 12 years of coaching experience in a range of coaching engagements and capacities. He excels at executive coaching, managerial coaching and team coaching assignments; he has worked at all levels from junior managers through to CEO/MD level and executive boards. Andrew has direct professional experience from working with clients from many sectors including defence, engineering, aerosystems, finance, energy, utilities and the MOD.
Andrew is a qualified coach having been a member of the EMCC and AfC for many years and is certified in many personality and psychometric instruments and tools.
Antoinette Dale Henderson has over 20 years’ experience in Management, Consultancy and Learning & Development. She has particular expertise in the fields of leadership and management development. Specialist skills include executive coaching and masterclasses in personal branding, presentation skills and assertive communication. She is particularly interested in the sphere of executive gravitas and in 2015 launched her first book, Leading with Gravitas. An award-winning speaker, she is frequently invited to deliver keynotes and talks about leadership identity, building inner confidence and promoting the cause of women in leadership.
In addition to delivering coaching as part of leadership and management development programmes, Antoinette has coached a number of executives in a one to one capacity from various industries, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, retail, banking, communications, media, entertainment, environmental technology and engineering, as well as the public and not-for-profit sectors.
