Jess holds the ILM Level 7 Diploma in Senior Level and Executive Coaching and is passionate about helping people to design intentional careers and lives. She has worked with a diverse range of clients, and she's particularly driven to help people around the age of 40 who feel stuck in unfulfilling jobs to decide their next career move, so they can design the next 20 years of their career with purpose and passion.
Jess’s style is authentic, friendly and calm and she positively challenges her clients to make sure the goals they set are right for them. She helps her coachees to see other options they haven’t already considered to expand their horizons. Jess’s clients consistently feed back that she creates a safe, supportive and welcoming space where no ideas are too crazy. Her clients leave with enhanced self-awareness, greater self-belief and a strong sense of what they need to feel happy and fulfilled.

Jess has coached a variety of senior leaders and executives to design their next phase of life to be purposeful and intentional - on their terms. She's helped her clients make progress on a range of issues, including navigating career change, setting boundaries and learning to say no, increasing confidence in their abilities, getting in touch with what's truly important to them, focussing energy on what they can control and knowing which is the right next step for them.
Before training as a coach, Jess had a successful 20-year career in digital content. She led teams to produce high-quality, engaging digital content for companies in a variety of industries, including financial services, genealogy and local councils.
