Jo Kilroe

Jo is a highly experienced and knowledgeable professional who has over 15 years’ experience working with leaders and teams across a variety of sectors. She enjoys collaborating with her clients through trusted partnerships bringing her unique blend of head and heart, her expertise and energy, and an intuitive understanding of people to unlock potential and enable behaviour change.
Jo partners with her clients to design and deliver bespoke leadership and management programs, women’s development programs, personal and team effectiveness workshops (in-person or virtual). She co-creates her client’s coaching sessions – tailoring them to meet the needs of the individual and the organisation – combining warmth, intuition and authenticity with tools, models, psychometric assessments and experience for a practical, meaningful and down-to-earth partnership.
