Michelle is an HPC registered Chartered Occupational Psychologist with a breadth of HR experience across the employee lifecycle. She has delivered successful solutions at all levels, from the shop floor to the Boardroom.
With over ten years experience, specialising in assessment, selection and training, Michelle has a particular passion for helping develop others to be the best they can be Michelle has a wealth of experience in delivering training and development solutions that are focused on client and learners’ needs. She has particular expertise in assessment and selection, having worked across industries designing and delivering assessment centres and materials. She works regularly with her own team of assessors to deliver high quality selection services, and has extensive experience of providing feedback and coaching for candidates and assessors.

- Design and delivery of various soft skills training courses, including: interview and assessor training, feedback skills, facilitation training, communication and report writing, influencing, and presentation skills.
- Design of assessment materials for various clients, for entry level to executive recruitment with both public and private sector clients, across industries.
- 1-2-1 coaching and development, including career and performance coaching.

- An NLP Practitioner and expert Test User of Ability and Personality tests (previously know as Level A and B), proficient in a number of industry standard psychometrics.

Coaching Assignments Include:
- Michelle currently runs the Assessment contract for Ordnance Survey, delivering assessment services including design and delivery of their assessment centres from graduate entry to executive selection. This includes managing her team of assessors, providing full written and verbal feedback to candidates, and taking a lead client role as Director of her own Organisational Psychology practice.
- She has previously worked with Royal Mail to support the delivery of two significant national training projects: the Getting Ready for Change programme (communications skills for managers), and a series of Career Coaching workshops (including CV writing skills and Marketing Yourself Effectively). Both of these projects involved working closely with learners – managers and non-managers - in group settings as well as on a one-to-one basis.
